As a member of Rainbowclicks.com, you agree to be bound by the following terms of agreement. These terms will be enforced to keep Rainbowclicks.com a family-friendly and professional place to promote your sites.

1) Only one FREE membership may be held by any individual, company or organization. Signing up for more than one account to get free credits is considered theft. If additional accounts are found, ALL accounts will be deleted and you will lose all credits and down line. If, for some reason, you require more than one account, ALL accounts MUST BE UPGRADED accounts. If this is the case, contact admin prior to registering for additional accounts. Registration must be done by the intended account holder, and must not be done on the behalf of others.

2) Personal sites are allowed. All sites must be of a commercial nature including legal business opportunities, products and services.

3) Member sites NOT ALLOWED include, but are not limited to, sites of a pornographic, illegal, warez, hatred or racial nature, or any other inappropriate or undesirable nature. This includes links on your sites. Sites of this nature will be removed immediately without notification and the account will be deleted. The member will forfeit all referrals and credits, both free and paid for.

4) The use of software to automatically generate credits in not allowed. This is considered theft and your account will be deleted. All referrals and credits, both free and paid for, will be forfeited.

5) Sites with one popup OR exit page is allowed, with the exception of FLY-IN or similar ads. Any site with a popup ad or exit page that disrupts normal surfing will be banned. Known sites of this nature will be listed on the Banned Sites page, with additional sites added as found. Popups must provide a way to easily close.

6) Sites that break frames are not allowed.

7) Content of all sites listed should be in English.

8) Rainbowclicks.com may not be promoted or advertised in any way on any sites of a pornographic, illegal, warez, hatred or racial nature.

9) SPAM (unsolicited advertising) is strictly prohibited. The sending of mass unsolicited emails of any kind that includes a Rainbowclicks.com link is NOT ALLOWED. Even if it is not bulk email sent to millions, if you do not otherwise have a "prior e-mail relationship" with the recipient, DO NOT include a Rainbowclicks.com link in the email. This includes, but is not limited to, public chat areas, forums and newsgroup postings. Members found violating this policy will lose their membership, referrals, credits, banner impressions, any cash winnings and/or commissions, and will not be eligible for a new membership. Furthermore, spammers will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Service interruption due to spamming will include, but not be limited to, a fine of $200 per hour for as long as the site is down. To report spam-related activities, EMAIL our support team.

10) Although Rainbowclicks.com encourages you to promote your site to build your down line, “buying” members from services that pay members to join is strictly prohibited. Typically, people who join programs under these conditions are not usually interested in anything other than the payment and will not be of any benefit to you.

11) When listing a site, it is loaded into a frame as a test. If the site does not load properly and does not meet conditions above, it is not to be added.

12) Rainbowclicks.com, its owner and employees will not be held responsible for any lost or misdirected hits, or for incorrect placement in another member’s down line. Make sure you are promoting your correct url.

13) Although we do surf to monitor sites ourselves, and do encourage members to report any inappropriate site, Rainbowclicks.com makes NO GUARANTEE that any or all the sites posted by our members will be free from pornographic, illegal, hatred, racist, or other inappropriate material.

14) Although sites are screened for compliance before being approved for addition to our surf network, none are reviewed or endorsed by Rainbowclicks.com. Content of all sites are the opinion of the specific author and are in no way associated with Rainbowclicks.com.

15) Rainbowclicks.com will terminate accounts with 3 consecutive months of inactivity (90 days). Just Logging in isn't enough, you have to surf at least 30 pages in that time. Exceptions will be made if admin has been notified by email prior to the end of the two months. Upon notification, Rainbowclicks.com will acknowledge the request by email. If this acknowledgement is not received by you, you must contact admin again to insure that the request was received and that your account is not terminated.

16) Members agree to furnish a valid email address that is not an auto responder, and further agrees to receive email updates, notices and offers from admin.

17) Payment of cash winnings and/or commissions earned may be requested once your account reaches a minimum balance of $10, and will be paid through Paypal within 15 days of your request.

18) Your membership is your acknowledgement that all services, tools and gifts are provided "as is". Neither Rainbowclicks.com, nor its owner, nor any of its employees or agents, warrants that the Services will be uninterrupted, error free or free from viruses or other harmful components. Rainbowclicks.com is not responsible for and hereby disclaims any warranties, either expressed or implied, regarding the quality, accuracy, or validity of the data and/or completeness, no infringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of information delivered by it's service, or by any other means such as email. Use of information or tools obtained from or through the Services is at your own risk. Rainbowclicks.com will not, under any circumstances, be liable to you or any other person for any loss or damage caused by your reliance on information, tools or products obtained through the use of our Services.

19) Membership may be cancelled at any time, but NO REFUNDS for membership, banner impressions, text ads or surf credits will be issued. Canceling your membership will delete records of any cash winnings and/or commissions. Once your account is deleted, all records are gone and cannot be reinstated. As a member in good standing, you may open a new account at any time.

20) Rainbowclicks.com reserves the right to modify these terms without notice. It is the responsibility of the member to read and follow any modifications or additions, which will be posted both on this page and on the Members Home page. If you no longer agree to these terms, you may delete your account from the members area.
